I ordered a few of these sets to give as gifts, and for some reason, I got a batch that didn't include any packaging whatsoever. I contacted customer service and they immediately apologized and said that is not typical for items to come without any packaging and promptly sent me replacements. Best of all, it came in time for my holiday gift exchange party with friends!
