Ok, I was looking to find a natural deodorant to replace my previous brand which had been discontinued when I happened upon Salt and Stone. I’m happy with the effectiveness of them, so I began to work on which scent would become my go to. I started first with the Bergamot & Hinoki, a lovely scent. If you like Bergamot and would consider a perfume based in this strong, essential scent, this is a good choice. The fragrance is assertive, so if you also like to wear a differently based perfume, it might compete with it. Never experienced any breakthrough BO with this fragrance. If you have perfumes you like to wear, I would recommend the Santal & Vetiver. Its scent is subtle and will not interfere with anything else you wear. I did notice you need to use care in applying this deodorant liberally as I did experience a little breakthrough BO at the day’s end. My favorite scent so far is the Neroli & Basil. It’s the light floral Neroli base that finishes with a hint of fresh basil, such a nice balance that smells so good. Definitely a feminine scent and, like the Bergamot, a strong one that may compete with your fav perfume, but the Neroli is lighter. To me, it almost becomes the perfume scent I’d like to wear and at the same time it’s protecting you from having any BO issues. Regardless of which scent you like best, I’ve found they all work well, apply smoothly and do not leave you feeling sticky. They do offer a set of small, travel sized deodorants so you can try…
